Getting Help for G Suite Teachers

Accessing the JoeZoo Help Centre
Teachers can access the JoeZoo Help Centre in the following three ways:

JoeZoo Express Add-on

  1. Open Google Docs and click open the “Add-ons” tab at the top
  2. Click on “JoeZoo Express” and then “Open JoeZoo Express”
  3. Click the “Help” icon at the top right of the JoeZoo Express add-on

JoeZoo App

  1. Sign into the JoeZoo App at joezooapp.com
  2. Click the Question Mark icon at the top right corner

JoeZoo Website

  1. In your web browser, go to getjoezoo.com
  2. Click “Help Centre” at the top right corner of the top navigation bar


Navigating the JoeZoo Help Centre

Teachers can use the search bar to search the JoeZoo Help Centre by keywords. Teachers will view a list of results and can choose the appropriate resource according to their user and product type.

Teacher Resources 

Teachers can view all user-specific resources by clicking on “G Suite Resources”. This will show all G-Suite resources organized by user type (administrator, teacher, and student).

FAQ

Teachers can view frequently asked questions (FAQ) on the G Suite FAQ page. The FAQ section provides answers to general (not user-specific) questions. Clicking on a specific question will direct teachers to an article with the answer.

Submitting a Support Ticket

Only administrators and teachers subscribed to a PRO package will be able to submit a ticket to JoeZoo’s Support Team. JoeZoo cannot communicate with students due to the privacy policy in place, so the school or teachers must contact JoeZoo on their behalf. Teachers can submit a support ticket in the following way:

JoeZoo App

  1. Sign into the JoeZoo App at joezooapp.com
  2. Click the button with your first name, located at the far right of the top navigation bar
  3. Select the “Support Resources” category 
  4. Scroll down to “Support Ticket” to select the type of ticket
  5. Under “Support Message”, input a subject and your question(s)
